The Collaboration

The primary objective of our collaboration is to create a specific range of XLANCE® fabrics that enhance durability and sustainability, specifically for workwear and launderable garments. This partnership was inspired by the recognition of stretch as a crucial factor for the success of fabrics made with XLANCE® fiber, and Sapphire Finishing Mills’ unique ability to optimize this feature.

Innovative Features

Fabrics made with XLANCE® fiber will offer exceptional thermal and chemical resistance, with their stretch properties remaining uncompromised even at temperatures up to 220°C and during exposure to aggressive washing and sanitizing chemical agents. These fabrics are incredibly durable in industrial laundry settings, maintaining their integrity after 50 cycles of washing at 75°C and drying at 155°C. Additionally, the long-lasting stretch of XLANCE® fiber ensures that the garments remain comfortable and functional over time.
